Booking and Payment Policy
- A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required to confirm a booking, and the balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or western union money transfer.
- If the trip is booked less than 45 days prior to departure, the full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
- If a client cancels a trip, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 60 days or more prior to departure - 10% of the total trip cost
- 45-59 days prior to departure - 50% of the total trip cost
- 0-44 days prior to departure - 100% of the total trip cost
- Berg Reisen Nepal Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or safety concerns. In such cases, clients will be given the option of a full refund or an alternative trip.

Travel Insurance
- Clients must have adequate travel insurance that covers them for the entire duration of the trip, including emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, rescue, and personal liability.
